Making Health Care Decisions A Serious Family Talk about Serious Family IssuesObjective: Talking about illness and possible death is difficult but important. It is wise to take time to reflect and talk your thoughts over with the people you care about and who will be affected by your decisions. It will, after all, most likely be your loved ones who will have to make decisions about your medical care when illness has made your own ability to communicate your wishes impossible. Join us in a panel discussion as medical, legal and social work professionals offer their perspective and expert practical advice on Advanced Care Planning.
